These party sliders are nothing fancy, (hence, I guess that is where they got the name); but they were my son's absolute favorite growing up. He loved the meaty, cheesy combination. He would ask me to make a batch when his friends came over, and I didn't mind one bit.

They were easy to make, budget-friendly, and perfect for feeding a crowd. With just 5 ingredients, they also make a great appetizer for parties, tailgating, and game day or an easy dinner. I hope you love them as much as we do! Enjoy! Xoxo- Katie.

White Trash Sliders ingredients-ground beef, sausage, Velveeta cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Hawaiian rolls

    Ingredient notes and substitutions

You will need the following ingredients to make White Trash sliders.

    • ground beef- You can substitute with ground chicken or ground turkey.
    • pork sausage- Use mild or spicy sausage. Italian sausage or sausage with sage tends to overpower the flavor of the sandwich and does not play well with the Velveeta. You can also omit the sausage and double the ground beef or use chicken sausage.
    • Worcestershire Sauce
    • Velvetta
    • Hawaiian Rolls- You can substitute with slider buns or dinner rolls.

*The full recipe with ingredient measurements is located on the bottom of the post.

    Topping Tip

These ground beef party sliders are great as is and we love them this way. However, you can dress them up with pickles, onions, grilled onions, and/or mustard. For a tasty twist, you can also add a can of green chilis when cooking the meat.
