1cupor large bunch of cilantroremove any long stems
3jalapeños
3garlic cloves
1lime
1orange
salt to taste
Instructions
Peel and quarter 1 onion.
Core and quarter 1 Granny Smith Apple.
In a food processor, add 12 oz cranberries, apple, red onion, ¾ cup sugar, 4 green onions, large bunch of cilantro, 3 garlic clothes, and 3 jalapeños.
Juice 1 lime and 1 orange.
Add to juice to cranberry salsa and stir.
Salt to taste.
Store in refrigerator 4 hours or more to allow flavors to fully build and serve with chips or on cream cheese with crackers.

Notes
If you do not want your salsa spicy, remove seeds from jalapeños. If you want it spicy, keep the seeds. If you want it even spicer, add more jalapeños.
