1packet McCormick thick and zesty spaghetti sauce mix
Mix 15 ounces tomato sauce and 1 packet of McCormick thick and zesty spaghetti sauce mix with ¼ cup water.
Pour over a 3 pound chuck roast in Instant Pot.
Layer 3 pounds quartered small red potatoes over the roast.
Layer 3 cups peeled and quartered carrots over the potatoes.
Cook on meat/stew setting for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, allow steam to naturally release before opening.
For thicker gravy sauce:Mix ¼ cup of sauce with 2 tsp cornstarch in small bowl. Mix in the mixture with the sauce in the Instant Pot. Cook on saute setting for 5 minutes to thicken. Rest 5 additional minutes.
