- 1 ½ cup packed fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 seeded jalapeños
- 3 green onions
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until all ingredients break down into a sauce consistency.
It is best served within 48 hours, however you can store leftover sauce in air tight container for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
