Easy BLT Deviled Eggs Recipe
This Easy BLT Deviled Eggs Recipe is DELICIOUS. In fact, they will be the best deviled eggs you will ever make! They are also low carb!
- 12 eggs boiled
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 large tomato diced and salted to taste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped arugula
Cut eggs in half. Remove egg yolks. Place in a mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise and mustard to egg yolks. Mix well. Add in crumbled bacon and mix.
Add yolks back into the eggs.
Top with the tomato and arugula.
