Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sea salt
  • 1 tbs red chili flakes

Instructions

  • Rinse mushrooms until completely clean.
  • Dehydrate mushrooms in your dehydrator according to manufacture's instructions. They must be completely dehydrated and brittle when done. Approximately 15 hours.
  • In a blender, grind mushrooms, salt, and chili flakes until completely broken down.
  • Store in an airtight container. Add over any dish that you would add salt to give it a new flavor.
