⅓ cupLee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
Instructions
Soak your wooden skewers in water.
Cut 2 large chicken breasts or 3 smaller chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks. Place chicken in a mixing bowl and mix chicken with ⅓ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, cook 1 lb bacon in a pan for 3 minutes per side until almost crispy then take it out and let cool.
Cut pineapple into 2-inch chunks.
Cut red onion, bell pepper, and cooked bacon into large 1-inch pieces.
Skewer chicken, bacon, pineapple, green bell pepper, and red onion. Repeat until you have used all of the ingredients.
Grill kabobs 5-7 minutes on each side, rotating in between.
Serve with additional Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce.
