Ingredients

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • 3/4 cup Pinot Grigio

Instructions

  • Chill a bottle of Pinot Grigio. 
  • Muddle mint leaves in a glass.
  • Squeeze 2 lime wedges and add remaining ingredients. Serve.

Notes

To make it sweeter add 1 tsp Agave Nectar or a dash of Stevia.
