- 2 whole celery bunches with leaves, sliced or 1 cup dried celery
- 2 tbs celery seed
- 3/4 cup salt
Dehydrate celery according to manufacturer's settings.
Grind celery, celery seed, and salt in blender or food processor.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
