  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs Sriracha


  • Slice zucchini evenly with mandolin.
  • Melt butter.
  • Mix melted butter and Sriracha.
  • Brush Sriracha butter mixture on zucchini. Allow it to marinate about 15 minutes.
  • Grill until cooked.
  • Serve.
