4ozcan green chiles
15.5ozcan black beansdrained
1packet of taco seasoning mix
1/2cupfinely chopped onion
8ozcan enchilada sauce
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
fresh chopped tomatoescilantro, and jalapeños for garnish
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, chiles, beans, taco seasoning, salsa, egg, onion, and oatmeal.
Form a large loaf and put in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes uncovered.
Cover with enchilada sauce and cheese.
Bake for an additional 45 to 1 hour until fully cooked.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Top with chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and fresh jalapeños.
