It is a dump and bake recipe that is so easy, you can't mess it up!

It turns out incredibly delicious. Your friends and family will be going back for seconds.

Stick of butter rice is a popular side dish in the South.

It is also called "Southern Brown Rice, Church Lady Rice, Beef Consommé Rice, and French Onion Baked Rice."

Because it uses a stick of butter, we called it "Stick of Butter Rice."

The beef and butter flavors make the rice rich and creamy.

The baked rice pairs perfectly with chicken, pork, or beef.

    Watch how to make

It is great for potlucks, cookouts, and family dinners.

My friends and family go crazy over this recipe. You will love it too!

Ingredients for Stick of Butter Rice-white rice, butter, French onion soup, beef consommé

    Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients to make stick of butter rice.

    • white rice- Do not use brown rice or Instant rice.
    • French Onion soup
