For this Bacon Pineapple Chicken Kebabs recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts or 3 small chicken breasts
- 1 lb. thick-cut bacon
- 1 pineapple cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- ⅓ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- wooden skewers soaked in water
How to make Bacon Pineapple Chicken Kebabs
Follow these easy steps on how to make bacon pineapple chicken kebabs:
- Soak your wooden skewers in water.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks. Place chicken in a mixing bowl and mix chicken with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook bacon in a pan for 3 minutes per side until almost crispy then take it out and let cool.
- Cut pineapple into 2-inch chunks.
- Cut onion, bell pepper, and cooked bacon into large 1-inch pieces.
- Skewer chicken, bacon, pineapple, green bell pepper, and red onion. Repeat until you have used all of the ingredients.
- Grill kabobs 5-7 minutes on each side, rotating in between.
- Serve with additional Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce.
