I recently made my Anitpasto Board Table Runner and hosted a wine and tapas party. It was so much fun. The board display was beautiful and my guests loved it.

I ran the Antipasto Board Table Runner down the center of my table as my friends sat around it. The food and wine were at their finger tips. The night was filled with good friends, good food, good wine, and heartbelly laughter. It is the perfect way to entertain.

I created these cute little Cuban Sandwich On A Stick as one of my little tapas for the Antipasto Board. They are easy to pick up and adorable to look at. Best of all they are low carb.... which means more bites for you if you are watching your carb count.

They take just minutes to make. They are perfect for a tapas party, tailgating, or a snack. I found the little mini pickles (Cornichons) at Harris Teeter, but if you are having trouble finding them, you can order them here.

These were a hit at a recent birthday party. I spread the mustard on a 1/4" thick slice of pork, layered a thin slice of ham and cut that into cubes, I then assembled with dill pickle slices, cubed swiss and lastly the meat on the bottom of my toothpicks. So yummy!
