Want to know how it tasted?
The spiral sliced ham was juicy and tender just as promised. The smokey flavor really pulled through in a complimenting not over powering way. Understanding the painstakingly patient process of slow cooking and slow smoking, I could really appreciate that rich flavor.
Combinations of salt and sweet were perfectly balanced with each bite. The addition of the sweet and spicy Sriracha Glaze was a nice touch. I can honestly say I have never had a ham this good. It really was perfect.
